Are Entrepreneurs Made or Born?

An Entrepreneur is a catalyst of change and a powerhouse of innovation and leadership. Qualities like these are learnt and exercised as we grow up in the world around us. Curiosity and confidence is something non inherent, albeit, it is indeed fostered at an early age and can always be mastered through the route of experience. Seeing how the skills that make up an entrepreneur are things that can be taught and learned, the only thing that sets them apart is their desire to achieve and drive to succeed. Are we born with those desires or are these shaped by the society around us ?

The answer is not that straight forward. Some may think that humans are an aggregate of their experiences while others place their beliefs in the strings of fate.

Therefore in my opinion, given the right framework of thought and a conducive environment, everyone is compatible with the path of the entrepreneur. If you have the desire, you have already stepped in the door.
